Documents Required from the Mexican Exporter [Supplier] to import products from Mexico into the United States:

Request these from your supplier, or have us speak to them and help them through the process of getting these documents.

• RFC Documento (Ejemplo en el enlace)
• Comprobante Alta En Hacienda (Ejemplo en el enlace)
• Carta de encomienda (Proporcionado por nosotros - Adjunto)
• Acta constitutiva (Ejemplo en el enlace)
• Poder notarial donde mencione al representante legal (Ejemplo en el enlace)
• Credencial elector rep legal (INE)(Ejemplo en el enlace)
• Comprobante de domicilio actualizado (CFE, Luz, Agua)
• Foto actual del domicilio (dirección de oficina)

In each export, the Mexican Exporter must also share:

• Factura electrónica con su complemento de comercio exterior
• Commercial invoice in any format
• Lista de Empaque (Packing list)
• T-MEC certificate in case of being applicable

Documents Required from the United States Importer [Buyer] to import products from Mexico into the United States:

• W-9 Form Provided by us (If using a U.S. Entity) (Example in the Link)
• Name of Company
• Tax I.D
• Business Address
• Power of Attorney (Will be provided later)
• CBP Registration
• Single Entry/Continuous Bond (If you have one please provide, if not we can acquire one for you)

Now that your products are safely stored in our warehouse in Laredo, Texas, we can distribute your products to your clients across the United States by parcel, pallets, or truckloads. We also facilitate crossdocking and transloading for when you need to quickly transfer your products from one carrier to another.
